Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Utilize handheld scanning devices to accurately and efficiently pick orders within the warehouse or distribution center.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the workspace remains organized and clean, keeping aisles and work areas free from clutter. Properly dispose of packaging materials and waste to maintain a safe environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate closely with fellow warehouse personnel to facilitate smooth operations. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
  • Delivery Support: Assist with product deliveries to customers when necessary, such as during staff absences.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience with handheld scanner order picking.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in van delivery.
  • A valid UK driving license with no more than six penalty points.
  • Flexibility to start early in the morning, with a potential 6 AM start time.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Employment Type:
Full-time position with a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Compensation:
Starting pay rate of £11.70 per hour.
