We are a leading seafood company with a passion for quality and excellence. As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment
- Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Install and maintain electrical services and equipment up to 415V
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to prioritize and manage workload
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production
- Apprenticeship in electrical maintenance and relevant qualifications (City & Guilds 2391 and 2392)
- 18th Edition IEE certificate (training can be provided)
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
