Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join their team. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing the estimating and procurement team, preparing and analyzing costings for tenders and contracts, and monitoring and reporting on the financial performance and progress of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Estimators and Material Procurers
  • Oversee and produce quotes for projects
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance and progress of projects
  • Liaise with in-house and on-site teams to ensure projects are running smoothly commercially

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience in the construction industry
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage and direct a team
  • Experience in estimating and procurement
