Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Join a dynamic Agricultural Service Department, focusing on the upkeep and repair of farming machinery. This role involves traveling to various agricultural sites, providing essential services directly at customer locations.

Essential Qualities

  • Exhibit professionalism and represent Ripon Farm Services with enthusiasm and integrity.
  • Utilize your expertise to guide clients on enhancing the performance of their machinery, products, and services.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs both in the field and at the workshop as necessary.
  • Ensure timely completion of all documentation and administrative tasks related to service assignments.
  • Familiarize yourself with the customer care protocols established by manufacturers.
  • Complete required training to enhance product knowledge and continuously improve your skills.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations, along with Company Policies and Procedures, to maintain a safe environment for all personnel and clients.
  • Prepare new or pre-owned equipment for delivery and assist service specialists as needed.
  • A valid driving license is essential for operating company vehicles and agricultural machinery.
  • Prior knowledge of agricultural machinery is advantageous, although comprehensive training will be provided.

Working Hours

Standard hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of flexible overtime based on seasonal business needs, including evenings and weekends.
