About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to join Midlands Plant Hire Ltd. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of the store, including inventory management and stock control.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products and services meet the company's standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail or hire industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
