Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and collect equipment to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Use our company's smartphone app to maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
  • Represent HSS Hire Group and its values at all times, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to manual handling regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

  • A valid Category C (Class 2) driving license.
  • A valid driver qualification card and digital tachograph card.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries.
  • Knowledge of safe loading and transporting of hazardous goods.
  • Demonstrate compliance with manual handling regulations.
