Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities, convert leads into sales, and grow our sales pipeline.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Customer Database Management: Utilize customer databases and external channels to further sales objectives, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Depot Manager and other team members to address issues promptly, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and coverage.

Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of business principles, including sales strategies, customer relationships, and market trends.

  • IT Literacy: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Self-Motivation: Demonstrate self-motivation and a proactive approach to work, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
