Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Administration: Complete all daily administration tasks within our depot, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities, convert leads into sales, and grow our sales pipeline.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies.
- Customer Database Management: Utilize customer databases and external channels to further sales objectives, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Depot Manager and other team members to address issues promptly, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and coverage.
Requirements:
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Business Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of business principles, including sales strategies, customer relationships, and market trends.

- IT Literacy: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
