We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Barista. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and polite service to customers, responding to their needs and requests.
- Listen to customer comments and feedback, escalating issues to senior staff as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, advising customers on our offerings and making recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and support the team in achieving its goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
