We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our team in Rotherham. As a Continuing Healthcare Specialist Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to adult practitioners across the borough.
The successful candidate will have a sound working knowledge of the Care Act and significant experience in undertaking complex safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments. You will also require comprehensive risk management skills and be competent at or willing to work to the Social Work Level of the Professional Capabilities Framework for Registered Practitioners.
About the TeamThe Practice Development Team works borough-wide alongside all adult assessments teams, facilitating and supporting Adult Care colleagues by leading and driving the quality of practice across the workforce. We aim to identify opportunities to improve and evolve social work practice while providing independent scrutiny of practice standards.
