Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Mercure Paignton. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to customers upon entrance and provide a warm and welcoming experience
  • Be responsible for the cleanliness of all equipment used in the restaurant and ancillary areas
  • Take food and drink orders from customers with a pleasant attitude and serve them in a timely manner
  • Run food orders from the kitchen, verifying that they are correct, and serve them to customers

Requirements
