About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Moto, where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our world-famous fried chicken and other menu items to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a range of KFC products to meet customer demand and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure that food preparation and holding areas are kept clean and tidy at all times, adhering to all health and safety and food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain and clean fryers, fridges, and freezers to ensure they are in good working order and meet health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the Middle and Front of House teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
