About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapy Technical Instructor to join our forward-thinking physiotherapy team at Swansea Bay University Health Board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support physiotherapists in patient assessment and timely discharge
  • Deliver physiotherapy treatment programs as part of an individualized plan of care
  • Promote independence by working independently or with other multidisciplinary team members
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience as a Physiotherapy or Healthcare Support Worker in a hospital, community, or social care setting
  • Strong IT skills
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience and knowledge of Health & Safety issues
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
  • Working with patients with complex rehabilitation needs
