Restaurant Operations Manager

**About the Role**

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead a premium fast-paced restaurant in Portsmouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience for customers and creating a fantastic environment for your team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Train, coach, and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
* Maintain company and brand standards, adhering to H&S guidelines and ensuring a safe working environment
* Stay up-to-date with current trends, including competitor analysis, to drive business growth and improvement
* Demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
