**Programme Procurement Lead**

As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the Bill of Materials (BOM) cost versus budget, ensuring BOM integrity, and making informed sourcing decisions to drive cost reduction opportunities. You will work closely with the Procurement Manager and Programme/Project teams to deliver a capable and cost-effective supply base, adhering to required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage Programme Procurement Change Control, and where applicable, Export Control and ITAR.
• Ensure the delivery, maintenance, and integrity of Programme BOM to Cost/Budget, while updating and maintaining Item/Contract Item Data.
• Develop and present procurement slides/actions to the Procurement Manager and Programme/Project site reviews.

**Requirements:**

• Sound knowledge of procurement processes and strategies.
• Proficient in contract management and supplier evaluation.
• Proven experience of contractual and commercial negotiations.
