Language Quality Specialist

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Language Quality Specialist to join our team dedicated to delivering exceptional advertising experiences for our customers. As a key member of our Ads Localization program, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality marketing translations for our global audience.
Key Responsibilities- Audit and review marketing content in the French language to ensure best-in-class quality.
- Monitor external vendor quality and investigate quality variations to maintain exceptional standards.
- Provide linguistic coaching and feedback to external vendors to enhance their performance.
- Identify and pursue quality improvement initiatives with internal teams to drive excellence.
- Manage language quality and maintenance of associated assets, including glossaries, style guides, and translation memories.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues and maintain Amazon Advertising brand and product localization standards.
- C2/native level of French.
- Fluency in English (C1+).
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Linguistics, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in Marketing, Translation, Copywriting, and/or Proofreading.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and define improvements.
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- +3 years' experience in localization, online advertising, translations, copywriting, proofreading, and/or marketing.
- Familiarity with online retail (e-commerce).
- Demonstrable experience as a writer or content marketer.
- CAT tools knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a diverse team.
