Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally address inquiries through various communication channels.
- Efficiently manage tasks to uphold exceptional service standards.
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' needs and preferences.
- Present collected information to insurers to secure competitive quotes.
- Follow company protocols and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Provide clients with tailored quotations, recommending optimal products.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and objectives established by management.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Assist in lead generation and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Prepare policy documentation, maintain records, and manage adjustments and claims.
- Proactively oversee renewals and generate related documentation.
