Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally address inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Efficiently manage tasks to uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' needs and preferences.
  • Present collected information to insurers to secure competitive quotes.
  • Follow company protocols and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clients with tailored quotations, recommending optimal products.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and objectives established by management.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Assist in lead generation and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Prepare policy documentation, maintain records, and manage adjustments and claims.
  • Proactively oversee renewals and generate related documentation.
