Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage and lead continuous improvement activities based on analysis of company KPIs
  • Ensure quality standards and customer-specific requirements are achieved and maintained in the manufacturing process
  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships - internally and externally
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure quality standards are met
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance quality awareness and skills
  • Lead problem-solving processes to resolve quality-related issues
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress
Requirements
  • Professional Engineer degree or equivalent
  • Core tools AiAG & or VDA
  • Six sigma green/black belt or equivalent statistical knowledge/experience
  • Qualified Internal/External auditor to IATF16949/ISO 9001 standards
  • Understanding of Manufacturing and Engineering, ideally with quality experience
  • Driving license & valid passport
