About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursery staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare services, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation within the nursery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of nursery staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare services.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the growth and development of children in our care, aligning with the nursery's vision and values.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of our services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
