About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with our technicians and workshop team to ensure that vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards.
- Liaise with customers to inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep them up to date at every stage.
- Answer any questions or queries customers may have, and provide them with the best advice on our products and services.
- Work a variety of flexible patterns, including weekends, to ensure that we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About You
We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational and administrative skills, and a strong customer service background. You will have the ability to work well under pressure, and be able to build strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.
