About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to drive urban development and growth.
- Manage planning applications and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address planning-related issues.
- Conduct environmental assessments and provide recommendations for sustainable development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Chartered Status with the RTPI.
- Accredited planning degree or related qualification.
- Demonstrable previous experience in town planning.
