Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Alpha Associates Recruitment Ltd. in a hybrid work arrangement. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and timelines.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring they do not impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Communication: Communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered to the desired quality standards, meeting client expectations and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Proficient in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Certifications: A recognized project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
