As a Retail Sales Colleague, prior technical knowledge is not a prerequisite. All new hires will participate in a comprehensive induction program lasting two to three days, either online or at our training academy. This program will equip you with essential skills and insights to effectively assist customers, ensuring that your recommendations are informed and valuable.
Our Sales Colleagues are expected to work flexibly during our operational hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores operate seven days a week, generally between 9 AM and 8 PM, with variations based on local demand.
