About the Role

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our friendly and down-to-earth team to deliver 5-star service, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

How Will We Support You?

From the outset, you will be supported in your development through our Certificate in Merchanting Programme, a 12-month Apprenticeship that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in your role. You will benefit from 1:1 coaching, mentoring, and technical and skills training, ensuring you progress your career with us.

What Will You Be Doing?

Your role will involve working across various areas of the branch, gaining exposure to different aspects of the business and identifying your strengths and interests. You will be responsible for:

  • Talking to customers on our trade counter, building strong relationships, and providing information on our products.
  • Supporting customers with their purchases, preparing quotes, and fulfilling orders in the yard or taking sales over the phone.
  • Working with a friendly team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
