About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Broster Buchanan Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in reporting and forecasting, with a focus on developing systems to improve and standardize reporting across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Management and completion of financial reporting cycles, including month-end Forecast & 5-Year Plan.
  • Review and Analysis: Review of month-end/forecast/ad-hoc deliverables to ensure accuracy.
  • Pricing and Margin Management: Assist with the implementation of Pricing and Margin Management, including Risk toolkit to better understand inflation and risk.
  • Capex Management: Development of Capex Stretch & Commitment toolkit to better understand and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Treasury Management: Administration of treasury payment system.
  • Debtors Tracking: Assist with improvements to the aged debtors tracking process.
  • Systems Development: Interest in systems development, including AI, of which you will work on projects to develop AI capabilities into the FP&A team.
Requirements

Suitable applicants will be fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA, and have experience of working in large, complex businesses.
