Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, including delivering an end-to-end recruitment service using best practice methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an efficient and professional recruitment strategy, ensuring demonstrable and measurable results.
  • Establish and manage the internal recruitment service, building a range of assessment tools to identify the best skills and behaviours.
  • Champion the recruitment process, ensuring all activities are planned, executed, and delivered to the highest standards.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline in line with business unit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company recruitment policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring via direct contact.
  • Excellent IT and keyboard skills, with a sound working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of current employment law, particularly surrounding recruitment.
  • Ability to remain confidential and maintain high personal standards.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to plan ahead and anticipate requirements.
