Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to engage with children during our multi-activity day camps.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Childcare Practitioner, you will oversee a group of children, facilitating games and activities while ensuring their safety and well-being. Your role will involve:
- Initiating and supervising various activities including sports, arts, and crafts.
- Meeting the individual welfare needs of each child.
- Collaborating with other staff to create a fun and engaging environment.
Candidate Profile:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Possess a Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
- Available to work during school holidays.
- UK/EU citizenship with appropriate right to work documentation.
- Exhibit high energy levels and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Awareness of child safeguarding (training will be provided).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a camp setting.
- Paediatric first aid certification.
