Platform Housing Group is seeking an experienced Data Professional to join our dynamic and expanding Asset Management team on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of our growing Strategic Asset Management team, where your contributions will help us invest in people and places to create a stronger, more sustainable future.

In this newly created position, you will take on the role of Asset Data Owner, overseeing the accurate and effective management of asset data. Your responsibilities will include driving continuous improvements in data integrity, ensuring the availability of data for key business processes, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you'll play a key role in supporting our asset change programme where needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and management
  • Proven experience of data management principles and practices
  • Experience of working with analytical software – Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau
  • Understanding of corporate data management
  • Evidence of having delivered effectively in a results/service driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers, colleagues and third parties

As a remote worker, you should be able to travel to our Group offices and other locations as needed, approximately 1-2 times a month.
