We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our digital product portfolio team focused on GenAI products. The successful candidate will be responsible for rolling out GenAI product changes to BCG Consulting, Knowledge and Business Support teams, and influencing user adoption and satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute strategies for product marketing and change management, leveraging experience in agile software contexts
  • Drive projects independently with minimal manager supervision, taking ownership of end-to-end initiatives
  • Apply an end-user perspective to drive decision-making and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Define, measure, and improve KPIs associated with GTM campaigns
  • Manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and work effectively in a virtual team across time zones
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes and influence user adoption
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 4-7 years of experience in product marketing and/or change management, with a strong background in consulting
  • Excellent influencing, networking, and relationship-building skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Project management experience and a proven track record of delivering results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Experience working with GenAI products is a significant advantage

Key stakeholders include Product Portfolio Lead, Product Owners, Product GTM, Change and Enablement CoE members, BCG consulting teams, and BCG functional leadership.
