Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Spider. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of enquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Generate accurate quotes for customers using our pricing format and information.
- Canvass for new business opportunities and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries and administrative tasks.
- Update our database daily to ensure all quotes are dispatched and documented appropriately.
- Transfer drawings to the pricing team with all relevant information for pricing, and update customers on expected delivery dates.
- Handle social media updates and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
We are looking for a candidate with a good standard of general education and proven written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines are essential. A flexible approach to work and proficiency in using Social Media, Zoho (or similar CRM software), Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required. Strong customer service skills, including a professional telephone manner and an attentive, responsive attitude, are crucial.
