Paraplanner Role Overview
RecruitAbility Ltd is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their dynamic wealth management team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping personalized financial strategies and empowering clients to achieve their long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with advisers, relationship managers, and independently, to construct and develop wealth planning strategies for clients, covering a range of complexity.
* Ensure strategies are documented within the company's governance and compliance framework.
* Foster excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct research and monitoring of solutions within the company's governance framework.
* Identify the impact of legislative changes and assess their impact on clients, implementing necessary changes to the Wealth Planning Governance policy and formulating solutions.
Requirements:
* Deep understanding of wealth planning fundamentals, including technical and practical knowledge of financial planning and complex investments, custody services, and corporate solutions.
* Experience with in-house investment management propositions.
* Qualified to Diploma level 4 (or close to) with a desire to progress to level 6. Other qualifications such as STEP or IMC are a bonus.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to look beyond facts to identify key issues in complex situations.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience).
