Sir Robert McAlpine is seeking a highly skilled MEP Lead Planning Manager to join our team on a prestigious contract to construct a state-of-the-art Battery Manufacturing Facility.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive MEP planning strategy to ensure seamless integration with building works and phased commissioning.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements for integration with their systems and identify potential constraints.
• Manage and validate individual trade contractor programmes, ensuring they reflect agreed constraints, method, sequence, and logistics.
• Integrate validated trade contractor programmes into a fully coordinated SRM programme.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators to measure progress of design, procurement, off-site fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
• Analyze progress, prepare progress reports, as-built programmes, and output records.

• Good knowledge of building-based MEP systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Appreciation of the commissioning process in complex environments.
• Competent user of PowerProject and Microsoft Excel.
• Competent in the use of 3D models.
• Good core planning and programming skills.
• Probably have a mechanical or electrical trade contractor background.
• A good understanding of the commercial impacts of planning.
• An understanding of 4D planning environment.
