Associate Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our London research team and work on global client accounts.

Mmr Research is a leading independent consumer and sensory research agency specializing in food, drink, personal and household care research. Our client base includes over 50% of the top 100 global food and drink brands, and we are at the forefront of driving innovation and excellence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage small and medium-sized client accounts by growing, managing, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Client interaction, research design, proposal writing, and quality of project delivery.
  • Add value to debrief presentations via data interpretation and commercial awareness skills.
  • Build and grow long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • Agency experience (ideally ad hoc) is essential for this role.
  • Relevant research experience within the food, drink, household care, and personal care industry is advantageous.
  • Product testing experience is ideal.
  • Experience within both small and large agencies would be beneficial.
  • Quant experience is essential, and qual is desirable (though not necessarily as a practitioner).
  • Strong self-management and communications skills.
