Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, performance metrics, and the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
  • Foster communication, engagement, and ongoing improvement within the warehouse, consistently evaluating and refining processes.
  • Manage daily work allocation, control staffing levels, and supervise shift briefings and transitions.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Lead and develop a team of First Line Managers.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

  • Proven management experience in a dynamic logistics environment; experience in e-Commerce is advantageous.
  • Strong people management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication skills with all stakeholders and clients.
