Job Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our friendly and committed team who share our company values and commitment to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising Care Assistants, administering medication, completing clinical assessments, updating care plans, and ensuring all company policies are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Care Assistants in providing high-quality care to residents
  • Administer medication and complete clinical assessments as required
  • Update care plans to ensure residents receive the best possible care
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed

Requirements

  • Valid UK NMC Pin Number
  • Desire to care and provide high-quality care to residents
  • Ability to work well within a team and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
