Site Manager Job Description

Velocity Recruitment is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a government contract, specifically a lift upgrade project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the project is completed safely, within budget, and on time.
  • Manage multiple packages and allocate resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure quality delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Prior experience working on similar projects is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will hold an enhanced DBS, SMSTS, Manager's CSCS, 1st Aid, and SC Clearance.

What We Offer:
