Position: Key Stage 1 Teacher

Location: Swindon

Employment Type: Ad-Hoc / Full-Time roles available

Protocol Education is seeking dedicated class teachers to join our team in outstanding primary schools. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Key Stage 1. In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and deliver engaging lessons for EYFS, KS1, and KS2 pupils, whether in long-term or short-term assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students, including those with special educational needs and those for whom English is an additional language.
  • Deliver dynamic and stimulating lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum, facilitating successful SATs outcomes where applicable.
  • Evaluate student learning and, when necessary, design lessons that adhere to the national curriculum standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

  • A clear and current DBS on the update service or a willingness to obtain one.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECT).
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in UK Primary Schools.
  • A genuine passion for children's education.
  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum.
