Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join our client's design management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing large projects from an electrical and mechanical perspective, working closely with clients, internal disciplines, subconsultants, and the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize large projects from an electrical and mechanical perspective.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and other internal disciplines, subconsultants, and the commercial team.
  • Supervise and mentor Assistant Design Managers and Design Managers.
  • Manage project finances, client relationships, and supervise less senior staff.
  • Work on project briefs, review project status, and prepare project reports.

Requirements:

  • Chartered professional with experience working on large commercial projects or data centers.
  • Proven track record of working as a project lead, delivering large-scale projects on time.
  • Knowledge of commercial and contractual risks.
