Job Summary:

Infinity Quest is seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Implementation Lead to lead and manage SAP FICO module implementations and upgrades, specifically within the S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO and S/4HANA, with a proven track record of successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Leadership: Lead and manage SAP FICO module implementations and upgrades, specifically within the S/4HANA environment.
  • Project Execution: Utilize SAP Activate methodology for project execution, including all phases from preparation to go-live.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Blueprint Phase: Conduct Blueprint phase activities, including driving workshops and documentation of business processes.
  • Fit-Gap Analysis: Perform Fit-Gap analysis to identify gaps between business requirements and SAP standard functionalities.
  • Solution Design: Design, configure, and test SAP FICO solutions to meet business needs.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain Process Documents, Solution Design Documents.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance and best practices for financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
  • RICEFW Development: Design, develop and manage RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) objects in FICO area.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules.
  • Compliance and Integration: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Support data migration activities and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant. Proven experience with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
  • SAP Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules and their integration with other SAP modules. Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Blueprint phase activities.
  • Skills: Proficiency in creating Design Documents, including As-Is and To-Be process documentation. Experience in performing Fit-Gap analysis. Hands-on experience with RICEFW objects. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification: SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA is a plus.
