Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our team in the KENT region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and conversion of leads to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients
  • Attend regular sales meetings and site visits to ensure excellent customer service
  • Provide professional and quality advice from the whole of market
  • Maintain a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage & Protection advisor in the New Homes Sector
  • Broker experience of 2 years or more
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
