About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to our service users, enabling them to participate in activities such as swimming, shopping, and social events. You will also assist with daily living tasks, including cooking, laundry, and personal care.

- Enable individuals to participate in activities such as swimming, shopping, and social events
- Assist with household chores, including cleaning and maintenance
- Work collaboratively with the service user's support network to ensure their needs are met

We offer a range of contract options, including:
- Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
