We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Emery Court in Cramlington. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with complex needs to lead independent lives.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to our service users, enabling them to participate in activities such as swimming, shopping, and social events. You will also assist with daily living tasks, including cooking, laundry, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with daily living tasks, including cooking, laundry, and personal care
  • Enable individuals to participate in activities such as swimming, shopping, and social events
  • Assist with household chores, including cleaning and maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with the service user's support network to ensure their needs are met

Contract Details

We offer a range of contract options, including:
