PPC Manager/Senior Manager Job Description

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced PPC specialist to join our team as a PPC Manager/Senior Manager. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid search strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement paid search strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage day-to-day PPC activity, including campaign setup, bid strategies, ad copy, and daily optimizations
  • Manage platform budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing to ensure desired return on investment (ROI)
  • Support the wider team with planning, reporting, research, and implementation
  • Confidently manage client-facing account management, including calls, meetings, and emails
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar PPC role, with a proven track record of delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to leverage data, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google, primarily Excel and PowerPoint
