About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Refresco. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to our employees, ensuring that they have access to the resources and tools they need to perform their jobs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network devices.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, account access, and hardware setup.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain IT asset management records and handle IT purchasing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Service Desk role.
  • Strong understanding of ticketing systems and technical support software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages and technical skills in PC's, Operating Systems, Printers, Networks, and Telecommunications.
