About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join our team at Kamro Ltd, a leading commercial vehicle service provider in the North West. As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HGVs to ensure they are in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs and trailers
- Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Conduct safety inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT
- Maintain detailed electronic records of all work carried out
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HGV Technician or equivalent qualifications
- Strong HGV mechanical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
About the Company
Kamro Ltd is a reputable family-owned company known for its expertise in ABS and EBS braking systems. Our fully equipped Warrington workshop serves as a hub for fleet owners and operators, ensuring vehicles are kept in peak condition.
Working Hours
This is a shift-based role working a weekly rotating Monday to Friday shift pattern with shifts from 6:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 with a 20:00 finish on the Friday late shift. We require the applicant to be prepared to work alternate Saturday mornings at an enhanced pay rate.
