Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Provide strategic vision and direction to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients. Develop and manage individual Performance Development Plans and conduct regular reviews to ensure team objectives are met.
  2. Recruitment and Line Management: Responsible for recruiting and managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the right skills and expertise are in place to meet business needs.
  3. Training and Development: Identify training requirements and provide mentorship to the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service.
  4. Service Management: Manage the Ticket Quality process, utilizing automation to ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs. Provide metrics to maintain and improve performance, deliver efficiencies, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Reporting: Produce reports in a timely manner, as required by the service, to ensure stakeholders are informed of service performance.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: Minimum 1 year of leadership and team management experience, with a proven track record of adhering to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  2. Technical Expertise: Minimum 1 year of experience using and troubleshooting L1 technology support in areas such as Application/Database/Windows or Linux OS/Networks/Firewall/Storage/Backups.
  3. ITIL Certification: ITIL Foundation certification desirable but not essential.
  4. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written English communication skills.
