We are seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Kier Group. As a key member of our Ministry of Justice Contract team, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver all reactive and planned preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with SLAs and weekly manager check-ins.
  • Work closely with the supervisor and administration team to plan and deliver workloads.
  • Ensure timely completion and delivery of planned, reactive, and project work within SLAs and budget.
  • Carry out and submit quoted works within agreed SLAs.
Requirements:
  • Background in commercial maintenance, either mechanical or electrical bias.
  • Experience with PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Familiarity with working to SLAs and within deadlines.
