About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Director to join our team at Amdaris. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the management of all Agile delivery activities within a portfolio of international engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Agile delivery activities within a portfolio of engagements, providing leadership, direction, and guidance to ensure smooth running.
  • Develop and train Delivery leads in accordance with the Amdaris Way and outlined Delivery lead training framework.
  • Deliver high-quality delivery processes and controls in accordance with Agile best practices and the Amdaris Way.
  • Take full responsibility for meeting allocated technical and/or project/supervisory objectives.
  • Manage and deliver multiple concurrent IT projects/services, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven experience in the successful management and delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects/services.
  • Good knowledge of generic software development project life cycle processes, as defined by industry best practice.
  • Understanding of Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, ITIL, or other relevant certifications.
