About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team at CPJ Recruitment. As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and specifying our client's elite range of premium interior products to the A&D community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and track commercial specifications with Interior Design Practices / Architects
  • Deliver CPD Presentations and Lunch & Learns to design practices and project managers
  • Work with Contractors to win commercial specifications
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with A&D specifiers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth

Our client is a high-spec UK manufacturer of interior aesthetic products with an incomparable reputation with the A&D community. They have an impressive turnover of £120m and a strong emphasis on design-led innovation, durability, and sustainability.

Requirements
  • Experience working with A&D specifiers (architects / interior designers)
  • Solid track record of specifying interior products
  • Polished and well-presented individual
  • Previous experience as a Specification Sales Manager (A&D)
