Marketing Director for Sustainable Construction

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Marketing Manager who is passionate about environmental and sustainable products, specifically in the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in managing content creation for websites and social media platforms.
You will be responsible for leading the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple products, collaborating closely with our lead marketing agency to support brand and product launches.

Key Responsibilities- Campaign Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the UK's most environmentally sustainable product collection.
- Content Management: You will oversee content production and management for websites, social media, and published materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
- Day-to-Day Management: Collaborate with our agency team to support brand and product launches, manage daily operations, ensure seamless coordination, and present clear plans with budget allocation to senior management.
- Organisational Excellence: Leverage strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Management Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues, the agency, and customers, understanding their needs to craft tailored marketing strategies.
- Environmental Focus: MUST show a genuine passion for improving the environment and a commitment to raising awareness and understanding to enhance the UK's built environment.
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the construction industry or equivalent experience with environmental and sustainable product launches.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple tasks, reporting, planning, and presenting to senior management.
- Experience managing and collaborating with agencies across various products, marketing disciplines, and partnerships.
- Experience managing and creating content for websites, social media, and published content.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).
- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong desire to promote innovative environmental solutions.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment.
