We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join our store team in Stanley. As a key member of our store leadership, you will work closely with the Store Manager to create a friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused environment that drives great results and a great place to work.
Your Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Provide support to the Store Manager in motivating the team and driving sales performance.
- Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships.
- Work with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Actively encourage engagement with the local community to drive top results.
- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing the team, including training and development initiatives.

Requirements
