Super Hiring is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Coordinator to manage operations at a newly established residential care facility for children.

This role entails supervising shifts, developing individualized support strategies for young residents, and fostering their overall well-being in accordance with relevant child welfare legislation.

Engage directly with young individuals, providing essential care and support on a rotational shift basis.

Collaborate with young people, their social workers, caregivers, and associated organizations to organize, monitor, and evaluate Care Plans, risk assessments, and placement strategies, facilitating positive transitions towards independence.

Oversee the maintenance of facility standards related to health, safety, and primary care, while addressing the unique needs and behaviors of each youth during shifts.

Empower young residents to gradually take control of their lives by keeping them informed, involving them in planning, and supporting their journey towards greater independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned shifts effectively.
  • Work on a shift basis, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Provide necessary background information and personal details for verification purposes.
  • Undergo enhanced background checks prior to placement.
  • Participate in ongoing training to excel in your role.
  • Encourage internal career advancement, aiming for Level 3 or Level 5 qualifications within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ensure young residents receive nutritious meals prepared by staff.
  • Conduct health and safety inspections in compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Utilize regular professional supervision for personal and professional development.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Qualifications:
